To help meet every skill and self-discipline level and to fit every budget, we offer several one-to-one training packages. All training plans include appropriate updates of training routines during your enrollment period and unlimited email contact to address questions, clarify instructions, maintain client motivation, etc.

FitFood© Pantry Assessment and Grocery Coaching Session

Schedule an in-home visit to help you assimilate and implement the healthy food shopping, meal planning and nutrient intake recommendations from your Nutrition Analysis package or your FitBoot boot camp course instruction
(available in the S.F. East Bay area only)

  • Coaching begins with assistance clearing existing "problem" foods out of the pantry;
  • Get specific tips and ideas for preparing, cooking/assembling, and presenting meals each week for yourself (and your family, where applicable) to continue toward your fitness goals
  • Visit continues with travel accompanying you to your grocery store to complete your typical shopping trip:
    • learn how to properly read nutrition labels,
    • choose optimal products and reliable producers that fit your nutrition goals,
    • learn to reject misleading advertising and "hype";

NUTRITION ANALYSIS PACKAGE
Available a la carte or as a supplement to single session a la carte purchase or to your FitBoot boot camp course enlistment
  • Detailed analysis of your current energy requirements and your current caloric intake and balance,
  • Detailed recommendations for optimizing your nutrient intake to achieve your physique and performance goals,
  • Basic tips for improving your daily control over caloric consumption, nutrient balance and your relationship with food, and
  • Sample menu for improving your daily intake

(if added as a supplement to FitBoot boot camp course, also includes 4 weekly checks of your food log and email feedback to check on your compliance, progress, and necessary tweaks to correct plateaus.)

Prices for small group training (2-3 people) are approximately 20% higher than individual prices and can be quoted upon request. Clients will be accepted for group training only where all individuals have similar goals and training backgrounds, can use the same training routines at the same time, and where available space permits. Acceptance of clients as a group will always be at the trainer's discretion.
